Technical Production Artworker

Job Summary
Execute core print production by preparing print-ready files, setting bleeds, crops, and correct color profiles for high-volume orders. Gathers and analyzes job information to identify and fix common production problems like low-resolution images, missing fonts, or incorrect file setups. Review items flagged for manual quality control—specifically for paper and branded merchandise—performing text edits and layout revisions to meet MOO standards. Clearly explain technical file issues to customers via email, chat, and phone, providing solutions to ensure their vision is captured perfectly. Manage a high-volume personal workload, ensuring daily tasks and milestones are met under tight deadlines while maintaining a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

- Highly Organized: You can seamlessly manage and navigate multiple software applications for a single customer
- Helpful & Positive: You bring a proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine dedication to helping others
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative suite & Photoshop
- Problem Solver: You can independently resolve standard file errors or escalate complex issues for guidance when necessary
- A 'Technical Artistry' Mindset: You have a sharp visual eye and can spot a typo, a low-res pixel, or a misaligned image from a mile away
- Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy participating in team standups and 1:1s to help the team keep up with high customer demand
- Adobe Expert: You are highly comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and can quickly learn our CRM (Zendesk) and internal backend systems

- March - November 5pm-1:30am SAST
- November to March 6:00pm-2:30am SAST
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work in an ecomm, quality control production enviornment or DTP (desktop publishing)
