Job Summary
Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that build internal product capability and drive organizational effectiveness. Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs aligned with business metrics. Engage with stakeholders to map learning needs and lead the planning and execution of open enrollment calendars and management development initiatives. Create structured learning journeys, microlearning modules, and blended learning experiences incorporating case studies and simulations. Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation and personalization while reviewing and validating product training materials. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, acting as a trusted advisor to translate strategic priorities into development interventions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all training content remains accurate and updated.
Required Qualifications
- Overall 3-6 years of professional services experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience with training clients on SaaS products
- Exposure to international clients / projects
- Exposure to Functional consulting roles
- preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes
