Job Summary
Provide technical product support for Temenos banking platform, handling client incidents from ticket intake to satisfactory resolution. Responsibilities include analyzing tickets, updating clients and stakeholders, documenting root causes and possible resolutions for defects, educating clients on procedures, and acting as a technical reference point during software implementations/upgrades. May perform onsite analysis at client locations; requires hands-on programming exposure (Java/C/C++) and experience in 24/7 client-support environments. Demonstrates strong client-facing skills, knowledge-base contribution, and collaboration with development teams to improve product support and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 5 years of Product Support experience
- coding experience/exposure (Java/C/C++/Python)
- Experience in client facing roles and acting as technical point of contact during software implementation/upgrades
