Job Summary

Provide remote and onsite technical support to OEMs and customers for avionics system configurations and troubleshooting. Address hardware, software, and network-related issues across satellite, ground-based, and telephony networks with a customer-centric approach. Lead technical guidance on Gogo products and services (flight deck and cabin communications, including VHF datalink, ATG, Inmarsat, Iridium, ViaSat data/voice/internet). Support OEMs and customers in avionics training and document/resolve issues with satellite networks, identifying trends and proactively monitoring network health. Contribute to QA and testing, build and test hardware configurations in Gogo’s lab, and collaborate with product managers and developers to isolate defects. Requires availability for shift work; FAA Safety Sensitive role with pre-employment drug testing and ongoing testing; competitive benefits and compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years in customer support or technical support
  • Availability for shift work (Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM, moving to 2 PM-12 AM after training)
