Job Summary
Technical Product Support role for Temenos banking products requiring hands-on coding experience in Java, C, C++, and Python. Responsible for handling client incidents to satisfactory resolution, analyzing tickets, updating clients and stakeholders through all stages, documenting defects with root-cause analysis, providing guidance to client IT teams, and contributing to knowledgebase content. Roles include on-site analysis at client sites during milestones like Go Live and Upgrades, and collaborating with Development to fix issues and test solutions. Must understand product details, validate information, gather additional data as needed, educate clients on procedures, and support upgrades/implementations to enhance customer experience in 24/7 support contexts.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA candidates with 3 to 5 years of Product Support experience with coding experience/exposure (Java/C/C++/Python)
- Experience in Client facing roles and acting as technical point of contact during software implementation/upgrades
- Experience working in 24/7 Support team
