Provide technical product support for Temenos banking platform by resolving client incidents in 24/7 support settings. Primary duties include analyzing tickets, validating information, communicating with clients and stakeholders, documenting root causes and possible resolutions, educating clients on procedures, and contributing to knowledgebase. Role requires hands-on programming experience in Java, C, C++, and Python, and involves on-site analysis during Go Live or major upgrades, with a focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining SLA commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 5 years of Product Support experience
  • coding experience/exposure in Java/C/C++/Python
  • experience in client-facing roles and acting as technical point of contact during software implementation/upgrades
  • ability to analyze tickets, document defects, and provide solutions
  • willingness to perform onsite analyses at client sites during Go Live and upgrades
