Job Summary
Translate customer, technical, and business requirements into product features and engineering-ready specifications. Develop and maintain product documentation while supporting roadmap development, release planning, and technical feasibility assessments with Engineering teams. Assist with product definition workshops, monitor market trends and competitor capabilities, and translate customer discovery insights into product recommendations. Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, and Business Development to bridge the gap between technical capability and product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Physics or another STEM discipline
- Relevant experience in engineering, physics, product development or a related technical environment (typically up to 5 years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
- The ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with multidisciplinary technical teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Photonics, Quantum Technologies, Space or advanced manufacturing
