Job Summary
Support the Product Manager with product packaging, labelling, technical specifications, manuals, and catalogues while maintaining and updating product data in the ERP Database. Serve as the point of reference for product information within the internal Customer Service chain and collaborate with marketing on design, media, and product promotion activities. Communicate with suppliers regarding product and merchandise specifications and conduct market and competition research based on company needs. Maintain current knowledge of existing products and their market course. Requires experience in Product Management, preferably in chemical coatings or construction materials, with a technical or marketing degree and strong English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management team
- Technical (Chemist, Chemical Engineer) or Marketing degree
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Very good knowledge of PC operation: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in chemical coatings or construction materials industries would be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an asset
