Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in commercial insurance
- 2+ years directly supporting AI/ML initiatives
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven solutions in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance operations and workflows
- Skilled in writing user stories and epics involving AI workflows
- Familiarity with insurance platforms and ecosystems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of the ethical and regulatory implications of using AI in commercial insurance
- Experience with/integrating AI models such as Google Cloud, Amazon SageMaker, MS Azure AI, Salesforce Einstein, IBM Watsonx, OpenAI, or DataRobot
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Insurance, or related field
- AI and Project Management certifications
