Job Summary
Technical Product Owner for ServiceNow SMT responsible for end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow SMT products, with emphasis on HRSD and Procurement Operations (S2P). Lead delivery and support of the ServiceNow Platform to enable HR, Procurement, and Finance global services; own strategy, backlog, and priority setting; drive agile execution with multi-disciplinary teams; architect and implement scalable, secure integrations; manage vendor relationships and external partnerships; partner with stakeholders to ensure user-centric experiences and measurable business value through platform strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, computer science, or business administration
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow Platform and Products including HRSD and/or Source-to-Pay implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HRSD and one or more other products
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating, implementing, and leading technical products in an Agile environment
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Experience working in a global environment preferred
- Strong communication and design-thinking skills
- Experience with end-to-end design of customer needs, roadmap creation, and execution of data-connected products
