Job Summary
Technical Product Owner focusing on Salesforce and integrated platforms for Fora's sales and commercial operations. Own the Salesforce roadmap, drive platform innovation and integration across Pardot, CPQ, DocuSign, SAP, Nexudus, Freshservice, and related systems; lead configuration, development, and governance, with a strong emphasis on data governance, performance, and ROI. Lead a cross-functional team of Salesforce admins, developers, and Nexudus specialists; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions; champion automation and AI-driven improvements to streamline workflows and elevate customer engagement. Prior experience leading multi-system programmes and delivering measurable outcomes in a real estate or flexible workspace environment is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) highly desirable
- Agile/Scrum experience or certification preferred
