Job Summary
Technical Product Owner – Plan leading SAP S/4HANA-based supply chain planning capabilities (MRP, Production Planning, IBP) and master data management for Cardiovascular/MedTech solutions. Own the product roadmap and strategy, translate user needs into deliverables, and drive value realization with clear success metrics. Lead engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of planning capabilities, oversee backlog, and guide Agile delivery. Collaborate across global sites (Danvers, Raritan, Aachen) to align on strategy, integrations, and compliance (SOX, GxP) while advancing AI/automation-enabled planning and scenario modeling to improve patient outcomes and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- 8+ years SAP experience
- 5+ years Life Sciences experience
- SAP S/4HANA expertise in Supply Chain Planning
- Experience with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
