Job Summary
Technical Product Owner – Plan responsible for designing and deploying integrated supply chain planning solutions. Leads core SAP S/4HANA planning capabilities, IBP, and master data management; develops product strategy and roadmaps; guides engineering delivery with backlog management, user stories, and sprint execution; drives adoption of Agile practices and a data-driven, outcome-focused operating model. Focuses on adding value through AI/automation and advanced analytics to improve patient outcomes and business performance across Cardiovascular planning domains (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP). Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, clear success metrics, and effective stakeholder communication across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; minimum 8 years SAP experience; minimum 5 years Life Sciences experience
- In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and Supply Chain Planning (MRP, Production Planning, Scenario Modeling)
- Experience with SAP IBP, master data management, and compliance (SOX & GxP)
- Strong Agile methodology experience and SDLC
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex ERP interfaces
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Preferred: MedTech/Life Sciences domain knowledge
