Job Summary

Support the execution of the product vision and roadmap for eData and DAG Development solutions by translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, priorities, and actionable next steps. Act as a liaison between the development team, legal teams, and practice support to clarify needs, communicate constraints, and organize processes for intake, prioritization, and feedback collection. Manage feature intake, first-level requirements gathering, and the definition of work before development review, including translating needs into user stories, workflow notes, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate project activities, internal demos, and adoption strategies such as pilot programs and stakeholder communications. Identify recurring support issues, user pain points, and enhancement requests to drive continuous improvement of internally developed solutions involving eDiscovery, data analytics, and AI/ML workflows. Maintain visibility into product status, upcoming releases, and stakeholder feedback while assisting with rollout, onboarding, and troubleshooting coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in product management, product development, legal technology, eDiscovery, software development, or a related field
  • Understanding of eDiscovery workflows and technologies
  • Experience using platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications

  • Three (3) to seven (7+) years of experience in product management, legal technology, or eDiscovery
  • Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in a collaborative technology environment using tools for issue tracking, documentation, project management, design, and product development
  • Knowledge of software, visual, UI, and UX design principles
  • Working proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of how design decisions impact development and user experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
