Job Summary
Manage technical requirements for a GitOps tool in the public sector by identifying customer needs, translating demands, and prioritizing Epics and User Stories with the development team. Coordinate the Developer Team's operations alongside a Scrum Master while monitoring quality, budget, and progress. Present product solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external clients. Support the Head of Product on strategic topics. Requires C2 German, DevOps/Cloud engineering experience, and proficiency with containerization and CI/CD. Full-time role in Germany.
Required Qualifications

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als DevOps- oder Cloud-Engineer
- Erfahrung im technischen Requirements Engineering
- Erfahrung als (technischer) Product Owner in einem agilen Umfeld
- gutes technisches Verständnis von Containerisierung
- gutes technisches Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung (SDLC, CI/CD, Architektur)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlen (z. B. DORA-Metriken, KPIs)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Moderationstalent
- Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
