Technical Product Owner, Embedded Systems

Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner will lead the transformation of advanced sensing platforms into market-ready IoT monitoring products, owning the product from customer conversations through deployment and release. Responsibilities include leading embedded firmware development, designing and validating analog circuits, prototyping hardware systems, translating customer needs into technical requirements, and driving product testing and certification. The role requires expertise in embedded systems, product development, experience with analog measurement systems, low-power device design, and wireless communication. Candidates must have a strong ability to work across disciplines and be comfortable traveling for site visits.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in embedded systems, product development, or technical ownership
- Experience with analog measurement systems and filtering techniques
- Low-power and battery-operated device design
- Wireless communication experience (cellular, LoRa, satellite, etc.)
- Comfortable traveling up to 15% for customer site visits
- Ability to move between disciplines without losing momentum
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with oil & gas, utilities, corrosion monitoring, or industrial sensing.
