Job Summary
Technical Product Owner for the Access PaySuite Platform who will partner with the Product Manager to shape ideas and build a clear roadmap for the Nexus platform, bringing different payment types into a joined-up experience. Responsibilities include writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria using approaches like Gherkin and the INVEST model, gathering feedback from customers and cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, marketing), turning insights into practical actions, and supporting sprint activities (stand-ups, refinements, reviews). Desired skills include experience in product/business analysis for SaaS/fintech/payments, familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), ability to write user stories, and interest in payments, APIs, and connected services with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Aha.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a product, business analysis or customer-focused role, ideally within software as a service (SaaS), fintech or payments.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working, such as Scrum or Kanban, and how teams deliver work in small, regular increments.
- Confidence writing user stories or a strong desire to develop this skill quickly.
- An interest in payments, application programming interfaces (APIs) and connected services, along with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Aha.
