Job Summary
Own and maintain the lifecycle roadmap for the Medium Voltage Drives product family, ensuring strategy translates into life cycle priorities, improvements, and cost initiatives. Act as the primary contact for product maintenance, technical issues, and engineering changes while managing product releases and configuration data. Lead product testing programs, drive continuous improvement in quality and reliability, and manage component obsolescence and sustainability activities. Perform root cause analysis, document technical decisions, and coordinate engineering changes across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Maintain product cost competitiveness at the global technical level. This hybrid role requires a Master's degree in electrical engineering and 8+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Automation, Power Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Engineering Change Management, or a similar technical role
- Excellent understanding of Medium Voltage Drives, power electronics, electrical systems, converters, inverters, motor control, and protection systems
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Knowledge of IEC and UL standards relevant to medium-voltage equipment, power electronics, and industrial drive systems
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems, preferably SAP and Windchill, as well as product lifecycle and configuration management processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Fluent English and Polish
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
