Technical Product Manager- Worksite Technology

Job Summary
Own the technical product vision and roadmap for Worksite Technology platforms, translating business requirements into architecture-aligned designs and executable delivery plans. Lead cross-functional teams to drive Agile execution, sprint planning, and release coordination while managing incident triage, root cause analysis, and production stability. Serve as the primary technical interface to vendors, enforcing SLAs and operational readiness for cloud-native, API-driven solutions. Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and DevOps practices to improve deployment frequency and system reliability. Partner with business leaders and architecture teams to communicate technical tradeoffs and mitigate delivery risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
- 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications in Agile environments
- 8+ years of experience working with cloud-native and distributed systems architectures

- Strong background in production support, incident management, and vendor-hosted platforms
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication, ownership mindset, and execution discipline
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Event-driven systems and Kafka streaming API design and integration patterns (REST, async messaging)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Frontend frameworks (React)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Rules engines (OpenL)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Batch processing and scheduling tools (Cron or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- Strong hands-on knowledge of: AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and observability frameworks
- Experience with: Vendor-led delivery models and SLA governance
- Experience with: Financial Services, Insurance or regulated industry platforms
- Experience with: Supporting supplemental/worksite insurance products
- Ability to: Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture decisions
- Ability to: Balance product priorities with technical constraints and operational needs
- Ability to: Operate effectively in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments
- Ability to: Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and delivery practices
