Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and E&I teams to interpret technical requirements into specifications and make informed trade-offs for the Medica product range. Monitor and optimize the product lifecycle, resolve quality issues, and support technical application enquiries while taking ownership of documentation for sales, service, and training. Deliver technical training to stakeholders, analyze customer feedback, and engage directly with customers to inform product improvements. Participate in beta testing phases, providing on-site technical input and gathering real-world performance insights. Some global solo travel is required to visit customers for investigations and quality activities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely
- Logical, structured approach to decision-making
- Strong collaboration skills
- Some global solo travel
- Understanding of product life cycle management
