Job Summary
Design and deliver production AI Agent applications for Veeva Labeling, including data flow, orchestration, and prompts. Build prototypes of AI product features that author and validate drug labeling content while automating key business processes with engineering and UX teams. Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present feature capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. Requires 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience with 2+ years in AI/ML, Python coding skills, and model integration. Must be based within one hour of Eastern Time, travel 20%, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience
- at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
- Coding skills in Python
- hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams
- Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone
- Must be able to travel 20%
