Job Summary
Lead strategic product management for fraud communication platforms as the primary Product Owner, defining, documenting, and prioritizing features while managing vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement. Own the backlog and drive delivery of platform enhancements that support fraud mitigation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Align outcome-based product roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders, manage SDLC adoption, and leverage performance metrics and OKRs to guide roadmap priorities and continuous improvement. Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and production releases while collaborating with agile engineering teams to execute product vision.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization activities
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable technology solutions
- Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex initiatives through ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect resolution, and production releases
- Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
- Technical know-how understands the product technical architecture and understands the economics of technical investments
- Demonstrates deep understanding of target customer through internal/external research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, product chartering/mapping experience)
- Strong collaboration with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap
- Product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, agile ways of working, enterprise technical alignment and performance measurement and optimization
- Experience supporting SaaS or vendor-hosted platforms
- Experience within financial services, fraud, risk management, authentication, customer communications, or contact center technologies
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
