Job Summary
Own and prioritize the cBridge product backlog, defining solution scope, functional expectations, and non-functional requirements for new initiatives. Lead sprint planning, release planning, and delivery coordination across Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams. Prepare high-level technical solution designs, validate specifications, and establish quarterly delivery plans aligned with company objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate status, resolve blockers, and ensure releases meet quality standards. Leverage AI tools to enhance requirements analysis, technical design, and documentation while validating outputs before use.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, Engineering Project Manager, or a similar technical leadership role
- Proven experience managing the complete software development lifecycle across cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, release planning, roadmap planning, and delivery management
- Experience coordinating Business/System Analysis, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams
- Experience preparing high-level technical designs for distributed software systems
- Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, reliability, availability, security, observability, and performance
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databases, and system integration principles
- Experience creating technical work items for analysts and reviewing technical specifications before implementation
- Experience defining and improving engineering processes, development workflows, and delivery practices
- Experience tracking engineering performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and project dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences
- English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration
- Practical use of AI tools in daily work, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Forex/CFD, trading platforms, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable
