Job Summary
Execute the roadmap for Sandisk's Enterprise Data & AI platform by translating strategy into features and balancing near-term delivery with long-term evolution. Partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to build a shared, secure data platform, including data lakehouses, semantic layers, and agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph. Drive intake and execution of enterprise AI use cases, supporting transitions from proof of concept to production while tracking adoption metrics and business impact. Own product backlogs, PRDs, and release plans using Jira and Confluence to ensure Agile execution and high-quality outcomes. Define developer experiences and support onboarding through documentation and self-service tooling to drive platform adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in product management or technical product roles
- Experience with data platforms, AI/ML systems, or developer platforms
- Strong understanding of: Modern data architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, semantic layer)
- Strong understanding of: AI/ML fundamentals and Generative AI (LLMs, agents)
- Strong understanding of: Agentic AI design and orchestration concepts (e.g., multi-agent workflows)
- Familiarity with LangGraph or similar frameworks for AI agent orchestration
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and product/design collaboration tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Python for data/AI workflows or prototyping
- Experience with modern data stack (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Langraph, Kafka)
- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices
- Experience scaling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from pilot to production
- Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments
- Experience with Figma or similar UX design tools
- Domain experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or supply chain
