Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for Infrastructure and RBAC responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of IAM/RBAC capabilities while ensuring platform stability for developers, platform teams, and stakeholders. Own end-to-end lifecycle of IAM/RBAC products, drive roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and cross-functional teams to improve Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure, scale, reliability, and security. Focus on security-first initiatives, KPI definition and measurement, and staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience building and delivering infrastructure or cloud systems
- 5+ years experience in Technical Product Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, security, or related technical fields
- Proven experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
- Deep understanding of IAM/RBAC technologies, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity principles
- Knowledge of common IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
- Experience with CI/CD toolchain, infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, networking, and security
- Strong product management skills, including analytics, structured requirements, and specifications, and the ability to think in platform architecture terms
- Effective communication skills with a strong ability to influence and lead teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and virtualization technologies
