Job Summary
Own the lifecycle of the power tool segment by defining product strategy for future fastening solutions and translating complex technical requirements into actionable specs for engineering. Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate launches of integrated hardware and software products from conception to global deployment. Apply deep knowledge of MES, PLC systems, and factory workflows to ensure tools thrive in modern environments, leveraging expertise in Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Schneider Electric technologies. Manage hardware projects with a focus on compliance and data analytics while navigating conversations with multiple stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with 8+ years of industrial experience and 3+ years managing hardware projects. Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a strong asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in industrial settings
- Background in industrial device integration
- Understanding of electromechanical systems, such as servo motors and motion profiles
- 3+ years of managing hardware projects
- Experience with Siemens PLC systems
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Experience with Schneider Electric PLC systems
- Ability to navigate conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to clearly articulate technical value
- 20-25% domestic and overseas travel
- Travel to HQ in San Jose 4x per year
