Technical Product Manager - Payments

Job Summary

Define and execute payments product strategy by unifying processors, banking partners, and payment methods into a scalable orchestration platform. Own the payment orchestrator and its rules engine, driving intelligent routing, fallback logic, and reconciliation automation while balancing authorization rates and processing costs. Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL to validate hypotheses and improve conversion, acceptance, and authorization metrics. Expand payment methods and rails by designing integrations across cards, wallets, ACH, and cash with engineering teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Fraud to develop scalable solutions and monitor fraud performance. Manage stakeholder relationships with executive leadership and external partners to communicate strategy and negotiate with acquiring banks and card networks.

Required Qualifications
