Job Summary
Define and execute payments product strategy by unifying processors, banking partners, and payment methods into a scalable orchestration platform. Own the payment orchestrator and its rules engine to drive intelligent routing, fallback logic, and reconciliation automation while balancing authorization rates, costs, and reliability. Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL to validate hypotheses and improve conversion, acceptance, and authorization metrics. Partner with engineering to design and launch new payment rails including cards, wallets, ACH, and stablecoins. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and fraud teams to develop scalable solutions and manage stakeholder relationships with external partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management
