Job Summary
Lead and manage the Product Quality function, establishing standards and best practices across the product portfolio. Own the end-to-end quality strategy, creating test plans, acceptance criteria, and scripts for new features and releases. Partner with Engineering and Design to design automated testing solutions, drive root-cause analysis, and oversee regression, integration, and user acceptance testing processes. Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution validation while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and support product roadmap execution. Serve as the voice of quality during sprint ceremonies and release reviews, analyzing customer feedback to prioritize corrective actions and create executive-level reporting on product health. This role supports the iNET product team under Digital Labs within Parsons' Critical Infrastructure division.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills
- Understanding of software development and automated testing best practices
- Understanding of Agile Software Development
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with typically 10+ years of experience or a Master's with typically 8+ years of experience
- Typically 4+ years in a supervisory capacity
