Job Summary
Lead and manage an engineering squad within the Assortment & Planogram team while driving product strategy and roadmap for a new planogram tool. Collaborate with data science, UX, and design teams to deliver data-driven features and ensure exceptional user experience. Conduct research and discovery activities to inform product decisions, then manage backlogs, prioritization, and delivery in an agile environment. Manage stakeholder relationships and client engagement throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves shaping the future of the product offering for existing clients as part of a global boutique consulting firm focused on digital transformation and AI enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Product Management experience delivering complex, data-led products
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making and proficiencies in research/discovery methodologies
- Experience working with data science functions
- Technical knowledge with insight products
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to drive initiatives independently
- Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and departments to align on functionalities and goals
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and deep-dive analysis to deliver actionable insights that support team decision-making
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and product roadmaps in agile environments
- Location: Spain
