Job Summary
Technical Product Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions for healthcare scheduling, call center flows, and patient experience applications. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives, collaborating with engineers and administrators to define feasible technical solutions, using data analysis to inform roadmap and resolve issues, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring requirements accuracy and validation, and balancing multiple priorities while performing other duties as assigned. Opportunity to shape product strategy, orchestrate development teams, and drive user experience excellence. Requirements include a BS/BA in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in product owner/BA/QA roles, strong communication, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and preferred experience in healthcare and Salesforce with knowledge of Agile/Scrum; knowledge of call center, scheduling, and patient-facing applications is a plus. Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of prior work experience in a product owner, business analyst, quality analyst or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with healthcare industry preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus
- Familiarity with call center, scheduling, patient facing applications are a plus
