Job Summary
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for product definition, collaborating with the Product Line Director, development teams, and other functions to deliver critical requirements aligned with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, guiding product development, approving design requirements, conducting competitive analysis, and contributing to the commercial launch process. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in product management, preferably in medical devices or radiotherapy, and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience in upstream/inbound marketing or product development
- Proven analytical skills
- Problem-solving techniques
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in medical physics
- At least 4 years relevant work experience
- At least 3 years in radiotherapy industry or a radiotherapy clinic
