Job Summary
Lead a team of software engineers and define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facing experiences. Drive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines while conducting market research to inform product decisions. Make data-informed decisions that align with strategic goals, track performance metrics, and communicate features to diverse audiences including business stakeholders and executives. Lead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-native. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with 5+ years of product management experience. Onsite role with salary range $143,000—$175,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes
- Strong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving
- Sound understanding of UX design principles
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation
- Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)
