Technical Product Manager

Technical Platform Product Manager for JPM Personal Investing Technology Platform responsible for defining and delivering a cloud-based engineering platform. Lead discovery, manage platform backlog, align with compliance and business objectives, and drive automation, self-service, and operational excellence across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and developer experience. Build and communicate platform strategy, establish success metrics (cost optimization, reliability, risk posture, developer satisfaction), maintain transparent roadmaps, collaborate across engineering, compliance, operations, and external partners, and ensure high standards of security and release quality. Candidates should have experience delivering platform or infrastructure products, strong knowledge of cloud and developer tooling, and the ability to translate business and technical constraints into actionable platform solutions. Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
