Technical Product Manager for IRIS

Technical Product Manager for IRIS within Systematic’s Defence division. Lead the technical direction of interoperability standards (e.g., MIP, LINK 16, NFFI), align with the Business Product Manager on roadmaps, and collaborate with Architects and the development team to ensure solutions meet technical, customer and business needs. Conduct market research, engage with domain experts, sales, and customers to identify changes to standards and their impact on products. Provide technical product guidance to Sales and Services on interoperability standards, and serve as Systematic’s subject matter expert on interoperability, maintaining clear internal and external communication on standards topics. Travel globally (approximately 10-20 days/year) for customer and non-customer sites and work within IRIS product scope integrated with the SitaWare suite. Strong analytical depth, technical grounding, and exceptional English communication skills are required; Danish is an advantage. Some worldwide travel is expected. The role sits in Aarhus, Denmark, with the IRIS Business Product Manager ensuring coherence between commercial and technical directions.
