Job Summary
Technical Product Manager for Environics Analytics’ data collaboration and AdTech platform. Responsibilities include owning the product backlog, writing detailed technical specs and API contracts, driving features through the full development cycle, coordinating across engineering, media partners, and commercial teams, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity. Requires hands-on technical execution, knowledge of the Canadian media/advertising ecosystem, experience with cloud data platforms and identity resolution, and strong privacy/compliance awareness. Able to translate campaign measurement and attribution concepts into concrete product features, and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing Technology or related discipline
- 3–5 years in a product management role
- Hands-on experience writing technical specifications and API contracts
- Experience working with engineering teams through the build cycle
- Knowledge of media and advertising landscape (programmatic buying, broadcast/CTV, audience segmentation, campaign measurement/attribution, or retail media)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, AWS) and identity resolution systems (LiveRamp, UID2.0)
- Experience with agile/scrum delivery in software product environments
- Proficient with AI-assisted tools (LLMs and agentic coding assistants)
- Ability to read SQL, JSON and API documentation
- Comfort with cloud consoles and telemetry dashboards
- Understanding of Canadian privacy frameworks (PIPEDA, Law 25) and CPPA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
