Technical Product Manager (Data Search & AI squad)

Own the Data Search & AI product strategy and roadmap, leading productisation of semantic and agentic search over large data assets. Define how AI capabilities are exposed to customers, shape the AI stack at a product level (embeddings, retrieval strategies, ranking, and agent design), and establish evaluation frameworks to measure success. Decide when models are ready to ship, drive customer discovery to align product with real needs, and collaborate with Data Product and Platform squads plus Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment with commercial and operational realities.
