Job Summary
Develop and scale AI-powered clinical use cases by leveraging generative AI and large language models to optimize industry workflows. Drive product features from concept through delivery, including requirements gathering, specification writing, and quality validation. Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients in the US and Europe, clinical teams, and AI/ML specialists to identify workflow challenges and improvement opportunities. Independently conduct user interviews and market research to uncover customer needs while coordinating release cycles and development sprints with engineering and QA teams. Contribute to product roadmap decisions and manage priorities within assigned product areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Background in computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical product management, product management, or a related role
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with customers and teams in the US and Europe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Fluency in spoken English
- Ability to use English as a working language
- Proven ability to independently conduct user interviews and research
- Ability to accurately identify customer needs and product opportunities
- Strong motivation to solve complex business problems and build simple, scalable solutions
- Self-driven
- Ability to deliver effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industries
- Familiarity with life sciences regulatory standards, such as FDA and ICH guidelines
- Proficiency with project and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI-assisted product capabilities
- Experience designing and developing AI-powered products, particularly applications involving large language models
- A proven track record and established methodology in product strategy, product development processes, and execution
