Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
Hands-on Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for core blockchain services including tokenization (FT/NFT/RWAs), smart contracts, consensus, and developer APIs/SDKs. Lead product strategy and collaborate with engineers to co-author specs, prototype features, and deliver developer-facing products. Maintain public roadmaps, triage GitHub issues, and engage the open-source developer community. Partner with DevRel and Developer Advocates to translate feedback into concrete requirements and content. Lead launch readiness, backward-compatibility planning, and coordinate security/release processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in Product Management or equivalent, with 5+ years on highly technical platforms (distributed systems, cloud infra, databases, or blockchain)
- Comfortable co-authoring design docs, reading code, and making technical trade-offs alongside engineers
- Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, consensus, transactions, state management, and developer workflows
- Proven experience shipping enterprise-grade software or developer platforms
- Hands-on familiarity with at least one language (Java/Kotlin/Go/TypeScript) for demos/prototyping
- Excellent communication, specs writing, and experience gathering requirements from technical users
- Blockchain experience is not completely necessary for this role if you have experience in some of the other areas
