Job Summary
Design and deliver production AI Agent applications for Veeva QualityDocs and Training products, focusing on data flow, orchestration, and prompt engineering. Work with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI, while assisting with AI Agent evaluations and presenting feature capabilities to stakeholders. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML applications, and involves coding in Python with hands-on framework and API experience. Candidates must be based within one hour of the Eastern Time zone, able to travel 20%, and possess strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders. The position offers base pay of $75,000 to $165,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus flexible PTO and company-paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience
- at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
- Coding skills in Python
- hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams
- Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone
- Must be able to travel 20%
