Job Summary
Design and deliver production AI Agent applications focused on 'Docs to Data' across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite, including data flow, orchestration, and prompt engineering. Work with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI, while assisting with AI Agent evaluations and presenting feature capabilities to stakeholders. Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel 20%. This role supports Veeva's mission to accelerate the manufacturing of high-quality products for life sciences companies by unifying applications and processes across content management and Quality Management Systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience
- at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
- Coding skills in Python
- hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Strong understanding of LLMs
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams
- Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone
- Must be able to travel 20%
