Job Summary
Design and deliver production AI Agent applications across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite, focusing on 'Docs to Data' workflows that analyze document content and map information to structured data models. Build data flow, orchestration, and prompts to automate key business processes with engineering and UX teams. Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present feature capabilities to internal and external stakeholders. Must be based within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel 20%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience
- at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration
- Coding skills in Python
- hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams
- Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone
- Must be able to travel 20%
