Job Summary
Technical Product Manager for the AI Services team, focusing on shaping product vision and roadmap, prioritization across user value and technical complexity, translating business needs into technical requirements, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to release. Collaborates with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support to maximize product success. Requires a technical background with the ability to read code and participate in architecture discussions, strong communication across diverse audiences in English, and comfort shipping hands-on, fast-paced deliverables in an AI-driven platform context (LLMs, model behavior, evaluations, guardrails, observability, and API/platform concerns). Experience shipping platform/backend products serving multiple teams and familiarity with APIs, service architecture, permissions, rate limits, and large-scale reliability is valued.
