Job Summary
Driving the future of Axos Bank solutions by leading end-to-end product management for the COE investment offerings across platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Five9, DocuSign, RPA, Chatbot, n8n, Retool, etc.). Develop high-level vision documents and write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. Define and drive solution architecture for complex use cases, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to deploy features on schedule, socialize roadmaps and plans, and mentor junior product team members. Maintain knowledge of technology evolutions and identify opportunities to pilot and innovate within a regulated financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in product management or a related role
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI Powered Platforms such as n8n and Retool
- Experience with Generative AI powered automations in regulated environments
- Preferred: Experience in systems analysis and software development
- Experience in solution architecture
- Experience in a financial services or banking environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
