Technical Product Director

Strategic owner of Amanotes’ Platform & AI Transformation, leading the development of scalable internal platforms, personalization capabilities, AI-driven automation, and robust data foundations to help the company work smarter, move faster, and create greater business impact. Translate company strategy into clear product direction, build strong technical product capabilities, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and long-term growth. Key focus areas include Publishing & Operations Platform (analytics, automation, A/B testing, licensing analytics, app publishing, and compliance automation), Personalization (dynamic difficulty, song recommendations, personalized monetization, unified user profiles), AI Transformation (hyper-automation and agentic AI), and Data Infrastructure (data collection/quality, governance, monitoring). This role requires strategic clarity, building high-performing product teams, stakeholder management, and collaboration with global partners and game divisions.
