Technical Product Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate planning and execution of new product launches; manage launch timelines and cross-functional deliverables; ensure alignment of Marketing, Sales, and Sales Support Operations on messaging, technical accuracy, and launch readiness; create, edit, and distribute technical documentation for core products; maintain the technical documentation repository for Sales and Sales Support Operations; collaborate with Technical Product Specialists to gather product intelligence, customer insights, and market feedback for Marketing; develop competitive materials such as battle cards, comparison tools, and application guides; collect and organize competitive, regulatory, and customer feedback to influence product strategy; update internal stakeholders on changes to product specifications, documentation, competitive landscape, and launch readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field; five years of experience in capital equipment sales, marketing, product management or related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
