Job Summary
Technical Producer for the Resurrection West location who oversees and provides technical production support for worship services, ministry events, and online experiences. Leads execution of technical components for weekend worship, rehearsals, funerals, classes, ministry events, and other production-supported experiences; coordinates audio, lighting, graphics, video playback, livestream support, staging, and service flow; recruits, trains, and mentors technical production volunteers; maintains production spaces and equipment; troubleshoots issues during services; collaborates with pastors, Worship Leader, and ministry leaders; participates in staff meetings and team development; must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competencies include activating, adapting, collaborating, communicating, designing creative arts, detail focus, orchestrating, problem solving, and team building. Mission focuses on creating distraction-free environments that help people encounter Christ through excellent technical production.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, organizing, and motivating teams or volunteers
- Experience in live audio, lighting, graphics, video production, livestreaming, or related technical production environments preferred
- Working knowledge of production systems including audio consoles, ProPresenter, lighting systems, video systems, and livestream technology preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as ministry needs require
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
