Technical Producer

Own the day-to-day production of 1–2 concurrent technology projects by scheduling, managing vendor communications, and planning resources across cross-functional workflows. Partner with engineering leads to scope deliverables, manage the procurement lifecycle including BOMs and purchase orders, and drive accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Troubleshoot and escalate technical risks early, while owning documentation and training playbooks so client teams can operate systems independently. Act as the high-trust interface between clients, creative teams, and engineering leads, pressure-testing proposals to reflect realistic delivery scopes. Ensure smooth integration of content, hardware, and software in live or hybrid environments. This role carries projects through all four stages of the Consult, Design, Integrate, Operate process within the Technical Design and Integration team.
