Set direction with Product and Engineering by defining clear goals, scope, and timelines for Network Automation, Monitoring, and security products. Run the delivery engine through stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprint reviews to keep teams aligned and hitting milestones. Drive accountability and quality by tracking commitments, guarding standards, and managing capacity while spotting risks early. Build and maintain production standards for roadmaps, test plans, and post-mortems. Coach producers and improve communication across teams through structured workshops and training. Track performance metrics on velocity and efficiency to support leadership decisions.
