Technical Producer II - Publishing Platform, Commerce

Job Summary
Lead the production practice for the Commerce Initiative Publishing Platform team by executing work systems, monitoring team health, and driving efficiency. Gauge roadmap feasibility with product and engineering leaders to mitigate risks, right-size scope, and establish realistic timelines. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to develop technical vision and execute development strategy. Identify external dependencies, coordinate cross-discipline delivery across time zones, and communicate progress through regular reporting rituals. Provide product feedback via playtesting and manage stakeholder expectations by interpreting project stages. Ensure accurate roadmaps, quality delivery, and sustained team health while creating ideas beyond immediate ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading development and delivery efforts for medium-to-large teams
- Experience working with engineers to deliver technical features, specifically on services and tools
- Experience working with teams, especially remote, across multiple disciplines, time zones, and cultures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on technical initiatives and digital product development with a capability to engage with customers and development teams in technical discussions
- Experience leading teams through feature development using agile methodologies (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)
- Extremely organized with proficiency in Jira, Notion and other project management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in med-large size organizations where collaboration across organizational boundaries is critical to success
- Experience with Product and Design tools such as Miro and Figma
